Richard F. Patrick, OD served for four years as a corpsman for the U.S. Navy Hospital. He attended Walter’s State Community College and the University of Tennessee through the GI Bill and would later graduate from the Southern College of Optometry in Memphis, Tennessee in 1984. Richard returned to the Navy where he spent three years as an optometrist before moving to a private practice. Richard maintains close links with his roots, both personal and professional.
Kathy G. Young has been a valued member of 20/20 Optical since 1989. She is a licensed optician and currently supervising to train apprentices to get their license. Kathy's passion is working with children of all ages, but she always takes a personal interest in her patients and has the reputation for remembering all.
Kelsie Kerr was born and raised in Sevierville and has been a patient at 20/20 Optical since the age of 10. While in high school she did a service learning program to shadow Dr. Patrick, however took an interest in the optical side instead. Now after graduating High School, Kelsie is working under an apprenticeship program to earn her license as an Optician.
